Unfortunately school will start soon. And I thought about those who will start high school in a new school. Here’s some piece of advice for those who don’t know how to deal with new teachers, new classmates and so on.
The outfit
First day is reaaaaallly important because first impression matters the most. And if you don’t have to wear a uniform, the outfit has to be perfect!
The big problem is that you can’t know exactly what to wear because you have no idea how your future classmates like to wear. Imagine how would it be if they would be all hardcore rockers and you would wear a pink dress and pink heels in the first day. Everyone would make fun of you.
So you have 2 options:
1. You will try to find out who are your future classmates using internet (social network sites like facebook, myspace, hi5 etc. or different forums) and you will try to dress similar to their style
2. Try to dress as normal as you can for a first day. Don’t like to look like a rocker, a super rapper or a clubber. Wear a confy outfit with a school girl look.

Also, the make-up has to be perfect. All you have to do is to show your best features and to hide the imperfections. You don’t have to exagerate using too many light colors, glitter and so on. Try the natural look with a pinky/nude/peachy gloss, a neutral or a pale eyeshadow, a line with a liquid eyeliner, mascara and this will make you look better than ever!
How to act?
This depends only on the way you want to be considered by your future classmates. Your attitude will say it all. Don’t try to act too bossy, like a queen bee (even if you used to be in your ex. school, things have changed!), like a clown (too many bad jokes can harm you), like fake celebrity or like a gothic girl. Try to find yourself somewhere between all these. Go to your new classmates, introduce yourself and smile (don’t exagerate!!!), make some mini-jokes and don’t talk way too much (listen to the others). Also, don’t say how cool you used to be in your ex school and don’t try to look like a different person than the one you are.
The teachers
This is really important. The opinion your teachers will have in the first days of high school won’t change the next 4 years. So here are the types of teachers you may have and how to act with each of them:
1. The cranky teacher
He acts like a bear all the time. This teacher has something to add or to comment all the time, no matter what you’ll do. And if you don’t study for his classes or if you skip them, you have all the chances to screw it!
All you have to do is to study and don’t say anything if you get a 9 instead of a 10 that you actually desirve. He will hate you more and more and next time you’ll get a 5 instead of a 10.
Also, try to pay attention to his classes, or at least, try to look like you’d pay attention.
2. The teacher who thinks that he’s the only teacher in the world
He is the type of the teacher who imagines that you never have to study for something else beside his class, and he thinks that his subject is exactly what you want to do in college, even if you don’t care a bit of his stupid lessons. Avoid telling him how unimportant are these lessons cuz all you would do would be harming your grades . All you have to do is to act like he wants you to act: try to look like this is what you want to study the whole life and sometimes come with a new information. This way he will love you!

3. Parent-teacher
This teacher acts all the time like he is one of your parents. Or worse, one of your grandparents! He likes to grab your cheeks, to ask you personal stuff, to be way too close and sweet to you (in an annoying way!). Try to avoid hurting this teacher’s feelings, cuz once you’ll do that, he will transform into the cranky teacher who’ll hate you the rest of your life. Try to act like the innocent kid, even if u hate when you get a grooose kiss on your forehead from this teacher…
4. The friendly-cool teacher
This is the type that usually everyone likes. Usually he;s young and good looking. He usually makes you like his subject, even if you would usually hate it and sometimes he lets you talk to him like you’d talk to a friend. All you have to do is to go to his classes. Don’t take advantage of his kindness! He’s cool, not stupid and when you’ll expect the least, you’ll get a small mark!

So, as a summary, all you have to do is to study a little bit in the beginning and you’ll teachers will make a good opinion, till the end of the highh school! Yeah, it is a little bit hard, but try to make an effort! Also, don’t talk too much during their classes and don’t make fun of what they’re saying because you’ll end up pretty bad.

Din pacate scoala incepe curand, astfel ca m-am gandit despre cei care vor incepe liceul intr-o scoala noua, unde nu cunosc pe nimeni si nimic in jur. Iata cateva sfaturi pentru cei care nu stiu cum sa se comporte cu noii profesori, noii colegi etc.

Imbracamintea

Prima zi e foarte importanta deoarece prima impresie conteaza cel mai mult. Si daca nu trebuie sa porti o uniforma, imbracamintea ta trebuie sa fie perfecta!
Cea mai mare problema este ca nu poti sti exact ce sa porti deoarece nu ai nici cea mai vaga idée ce stil au viitorii tai colegi. Imagineaza-ti cum ar fi daca ei ar fi rockeri hardcore si tu ai purta o rochita scurta, roz si tocuri roz in prima zi de scoala. Toata lumea ar rade de tine.
Asa ca ai doua optiuni:
1. Incearca sa afli cine sunt viitorii tai colegi folosindu-te de internet ( site-uri de socializare gen facebook, myspace, hi5 etc sau diverse forumuri) si incearca sa te imbraci cat de cat asemanator cu stilul lor.
2. Incearca sa te imbraci cat de normal poti pentru o prima zi de scoala. Nu incerca sa te imbraci ca o rockerita, o rapperita inraita sau o clubberita. Poarta haine cat de cat commod si incarca sa un school girl look.

De asemenea, machiajul trebuie sa fie perfect. Tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa iti evidentiezi cele mai frumoase trasaturi si sa iti ascunzi defectele, nu sa arati ca un clovn. Nu trebuie sa exagerezi folosig prea multe culori puternice sau sclipici. Incearca un look cat mai natural, folosind o culoare rozie sau naturala pentru buze, o culoare neutral sau pala pentru fardul ochilor, o linie de tus si putin rimel, iar asta te va face sa arati mai bine ca niciodata!
Cum sa te porti?
Asta depinde in general de felul in care iti doresti sa fii privita de viitorii tai colegi. Atitudinea ta va spune TOTUL. Nu incearca sa faci prea mult pe sefa, ca vedeta scolii (chiar daca la fosta ta scoala erai una, lucrurile s-au cam schimbat din pacate), ca un clovn (prea multe glumite proaste te pot afecta), sau ca o tipa gotica ce se uita numai in pamant si cu o singura privire ar putea omora un om. Incearca sa te situezi undeva intre acestea. Du-te la colegii tai, fa cunostinta cu ei si zambeste (nu prea mult, risti sa arati ca o receptionera sau o stewardesa enervanta), fa mici glumite sin u vorbi prea mult (asculta-I sit u pe ceilalti). De asemenea, nu spune cat de cool erai tu in fosta scoala si nu incerca sa pari ceva ce nu esti.
Profesorii
Parerea pe care si-o vor face profesorii despre tine la inceput este foarte importanta pentru ca nu se va schimba in urmatorii 4 ani prea mult. Iata tipurile de profesori pe care ai putea sa le intalnesti si cum trebuie sa te comporti cu fiecare:
1. Profesorul morocanos
Se comporta ca un urs tot timpul. Acest tip de professor are ceva de adaugat sau de comentat tot timpul, indiferent de ce ai face. Si daca nu inveti pentru orele lui sau mai si chiulesti, ai toate sansele sa o incurci!
Tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa inveti pentru orele lui si sa nu cometezi daca ei un 9 in loc de un 10 pe care il meritai de fapt. O sa te urasca si mai mult si data viitoare vei lua un 5 in loc de un 10.
De asemenea, incarca sa fii atenta la orele lui sau macar incearca sa pari ca esti atenta.
2.Profesorul care crede ca e singurul professor din lume
Acest tip e genul care crede ca nu ai de invatat pentru nimic altceva in afara de material pe care o preda si crede ca asta vrei sa faci mai departe la facultate, chiar daca tie nu-ti pasa deloooc de orele lui enervante. Incearca sa eviti sa-I spui cat de putin te doare (si unde anume) de orele lui pentru ca tot ce faci este sa iti inrautatesti notele. Tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa te comporti ca si cum a invata ce preda el e scopul tau in viata si din cand in cand mai vino cu cate o informatie noua. In felul acesta te va iubi!

3. Profesorul-parinte.
Acest tip de professor se comporta tot timpul ca si cum ar fi unul dintre parintii tai, sau mai rau, unul dintre bunici! Ii place sa tea puce de obraji, sa te intrebe lucruri personale sis a fie prea apropiat de tine si prea dulce (la modul enervant!).
Incearca sa eviti sa-I ranesti sentimentele spunandu-I ca e groaznic de enervant pentru ca in acest mod se va transforma in tipul profesorului morocanos care te va ura pentru tot restul vietii. Incearca sa te porti ca si copilul inocent cu doua aripioare albe si o aura deasupra capului, chiar daca tu mori cand iti da un pupic scarbos pe frunte.
3. Proful super prietenos si cool
Acest tip e genul pe care il place toata lumea. Deobicei e tanar si aratos. Te face sa iti placa material pe care o preda, desi in mod normal ai ura-o si uneori te lasa sa vorbesti cu el ca si cu un prieten. Tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa te duci la orele lui sis a nu profiti prea mult de el, pentru ca e cool, nu prost si cand te-ai astepta mai putin s-ar putea sa primesti o nota mica.

Deci, ca un rezumat, tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa inveti putin la inceput si profii tai iti vor face o parere buna despre tine, pana la sfarsitul liceului! Da, e putin greu, dar fa un mic effort. De asemenea, nu vorbi prea mult in timpul orelor sin u fa misto de ce zic pentru ca s-ar putea sa sfarsesti destul de rau…

Hello my dear readers.
I’m really sorry for my absence in the past few weeks. I had problems with my internet connection (my rooter broke ) and i went in a trip just to relax. I will post this week and the next week as much as I can, even if i’m involved in a AIESEC project. All the posts will appear Almost daily (mondays, wednesdays and fridays not included cuz i don’t have time). After that I’ll leave on holiday for another 2 weeks, and those days i’ll post lesser, but i promise that once these weeks will pass, I’ll post more than ever and i’ll also translate everything in romanian.

Buna dragii mei cititori!
Imi pare foarte rau ca in ultimele saptamani nu am reusit sa postez nimic. Am avut probleme cu internetul (mi s-a stricat rooterul) si am fost plecata la munte pentru a ma relaxa. Voi posta saptamana aceasta si saptamana urmatoare cat de mult pot (si promit ca va fi muuuult, veti avea ce lectura), desi sunt implicata intr-un proiect AIESEC. Toate posturile vor aparea aproape in fiecare zi (zilele de luni, miercuri si vineri nu sunt incluse deoarce nu am timp). Dupa, voi pleca in vacanta pentru alte doua saptamai iar in zilele respective nu promit ca voi posta prea mult, dar odata ce aceste saptamani vor trece va promit ca o sa postez mai mult ca niciodata si, de asemenea, voi traduce absolut tot si in romana, asa cum am facut acum (mai ales ca stiu ca unele cuvinte in materie de moda sunt mai greu de inteles pentru unii care inca nu au cunostinte in domeniu si cu aceasta ocazie puteti afla si cum se spune in engleza la acesti termeni).
Multumesc pentru cei care inca ma sustin si pentru cei care mereu au citit blogul fara sa comenteze prea mult si pentru ca sunteti motivul pentru care eu scriu pe acest blog. <3

We all know it. Girls love gossiping and spreading rumors around. But this affects our lifes sometimes, self esteem, and relationships. Usually the information is 90% FAKE just because people like to invent a little bit or to add some new stuff when they have to tell the information.
But what happens when you’re the one that people talk about? And what do you have to do when everything is bullshit?
1. Well, first of all is your fault. Mostly because you have to take care when you chose your friends. A lot of people (mostly girls) in high schools like to spread rumors or to tell everyone the secrets they find out about the other students. So, take care and don’t tell your secrets to every new friend. First of all , you have to trust your friends.
2. Popularity = rumors! Want to be popular? Than a lot of people will envy you. So expect for what’s the worst.
3. Don’t gossip about the others because this will happen to you, as a revenge. So don’t complain about you, being the one that people talk about if you do the same think each time you find something new about someone in school or in your group.
4. Don’t be mean and don’t try to get revenge on the person who started the rumor. This will make her feel really well because in this way you show how much you care about the things that people talk about you. The best way to get rid of this is acting like nothing ever happened.
5. Rumors usually begin with what was a simple truth, and by the time you hear it’s most likely a complete lie. So think about it. What was wrong in your past actions? Don’t give reasons to the others to talk about you.
6. Don’t stress about this rumor; if someone was to make fun, just laugh at them and say to yourself. “They’re so stupid to believe in this childish behavior.”
7. Always be friendly and polite to everyone. This will make people forget about the bad things you do and you’ll be in the sunny part of the group.
